蔡國強的爆破藝術 - 炸，炸，炸！

很難得的在台灣看到蔡國強的展覽，這次在台北市立美術館居然能看到他的大作，真是三生有幸啊！剛進門就看到他最出名的汽車爆炸。這是整個展覽中惟一能夠自由拍照的作品。裡面的照片都是偷拍的，別說我沒水準，但是像這樣百聞不如一見的展覽，真的很想多拍些照片回家。

直到這次才知道，原來蔡國強是設計北京奧運煙火的大師啊！我還一直以為是甚麼外國人搞的。看來我真的是個井底之蛙啊！爆破能夠玩到全世界到處展覽，連奧運煙火都由他設計，真的是行行出狀元哦！

如果是我是他，可能小時候就會被說成沒出息，幹嘛不趕快去讀書，學琴，讀英文之類的。還有時間玩爆破，不想活了！

這些是不爆破的作品，但是意境很簡潔明瞭。我想這就是蔡大師過人的地方。只要去看得人應該都能夠感覺的出來作品裡面的涵義為何。

這個系列是我覺得蔡大師在爆破藝術中已經無人能及的作品。選擇在紙上爆破，用細長的筆概率的描繪出主題，再用不同份量的火藥點火讓他燃燒。蔡大師厲害的是，他的作品絕對不可能被複製，因為誰也沒有辦法精準的控制火藥燃燒的多少還有方向，一切是這麼的抽象，隨性。這麼一來，這件藝術品的價值也變得非凡。

他更厲害的地方是，他的作品之大，真的是要小跑步才看得完。上面這個作品是3米 x 30米，3米 x 30米！這是甚麼概念你知道嗎？就是我站在這些人的後面也沒有辦法用我無能的iphone把整幅作品拍下來。這作品名叫“晝夜”，是再描繪一個舞者，從白天到晚上的身體的狀態。其實我覺得蔡大師最厲害的不是上述的種種，而是他居然能夠把爆破這麼硬實，陽剛的元素表現的如此柔美抽象。這是我真正對他敬佩不已的最終原因！

幽幽的空虛

忙碌的城市人， 有一層幽幽的空虛，總讓人摸不透。

心中有千言萬語，卻怎麼也表達不清。

台北下起了綿綿的雨。

空無一人的捷運，正駛往那裡？

Long time no been... Mongolian BBQ

If this is not the best Mongolian BBQ in Taiwan, it is certainly the oldest one. I think it has been in business over 30 years. They haven't changed the sign hanging on the wall. According to my parents, the cooks are still the same but just with a lot more white hairs now.














I am not sure if this is how they do it in Mongolia. But, this is the type of BBQ that cannot be found else in Taiwan. Bascially, its like buffet style, you pick your meats, and put on vegetables. On the other side you have all kind of sauces which you pour on top.














Then you line up on the side of the humongous pan, waiting for your food to be cooked. I am sure the pan can allows 4-6 chiefs cooking at the same time. I haven't been to this place for at least a good 15 years. I was happy that I brought Cica here. She recommends it, too oh!

By the way... don't forget to ask for 燒餅! It's the perfect match with the BBQ, and it's FREE! =D
